My husband and I have stayed at a lot of luxury hotels, and I can honestly say that Castle Hot Springs exceeded every expectation. Every single detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the beautiful, immaculate grounds to the exceptional service, incredible food, and endless activities. We were never bored, yet the resort still felt peaceful and relaxing.||The food deserves its own paragraph. Every meal was phenomenal, and we looked forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The farm-to-table concept is incredible, and you can truly taste the freshness in every dish.||The activities were equally impressive. The farm tour was one of our favorite experiences—we tasted so many herbs, fruits, and vegetables grown right on the property, and it made us appreciate the culinary experience even more.||What truly sets Castle Hot Springs apart, though, is the people. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome, but a few deserve special recognition:||* Brady was, without question, the highlight of our trip. We looked forward to seeing him every evening. He customized our wine pairings at dinner based on our preferences, led an incredible wine tasting, remembered us each day, and consistently went above and beyond to make every meal feel special. His warmth, knowledge, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable.|* Anthony made every visit to the bar a great experience with outstanding cocktails.|* Connor was equally incredible behind the bar. I mentioned I wanted a fresh fig, and he went down to the kitchen to get one just for me and created a custom cocktail around it. That level of thoughtfulness and personalization perfectly captures what makes Castle Hot Springs so special.|* David gave an outstanding farm tour that was informative, engaging, and delicious.|* Russell made the cocktail class so much fun.|* Lexi led an incredibly relaxing Yoga Nidra session.|* Lucas was fantastic on the canyon walk.|* Luca also provided wonderful service during our meals.||From the spotless accommodations to the thoughtful touches throughout the property, Castle Hot Springs gets everything right. This was one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever taken, and we are already talking about when we’ll come back.||If you’re considering booking, do it. We would return in a heartbeat.

Castle Hot Springs is a very special place to us! We just got home from our 4th visit in 40 months to celebrate the anniversary of our engagement last year on a hike at Salvation Peak! Truly a desert oasis- the location is perfect for a romantic, quiet, relaxing getaway. The whole staff are exceptionally friendly! Love farm to table food, presentation is like a piece of art on your plate and the taste is incredibly delicious- a culinary experience! The hot springs energy healing waters are amazing especially under the stars. We can’t wait to go back!!

Stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage. Nice facility close to main building which houses dining, bar and pool - but more rustic than luxury. Master bedroom shower in an old fashion tub was not great and WiFi reception in that one room was nonexistent. ||Food was excellent and service staff was friendly and competent. ||Beautiful location in the Sonoran desert surrounded by mountain peaks and lots of saguaros. ||Best paid activities - fantastic massages and incredible guided Razr tours. The free stuff is pretty good also - e-bikes, hikes, etc. Recommend you don’t overbook activities - the pool and the hot springs are great. ||About $5k per night including meals and non alcoholic beverages for four people in the cottage. This price excludes the paid activities. ||May is a good time to go - warm days and cool nights. Not too crowded. ||The road to the resort is not paved. You don’t need a four wheel drive but a car or SUV with higher clearance is important.

What a beautiful slice of heaven!! The staff is amazing and on top of every single detail. Friendly and helpful at every event. The farm to table food was excellent at each meal. Five course dinner was the chef's specialty and each night it was different. Enjoyed soaking in the mineral spas that are drenched by nature and surrounding trees. Even the daily crafts were so fun and had a little something to take home. We loved it all and the "cabins" were well appointed and had everything you could possibly need. We will be back, two nights was too short. Don't let the last 7 miles on a dirt road scare you, soon the oasis arrives and is worth that drive.

Great service and great experience. Loved the watsu and via ferrata / rappelling. Hoping they add intro rock climbing / top roping in the future. Top service, amazing food, great attention and respect for food allergies. Even at very high end resorts sometimes finding people who properly understand allergies can be hard, so really love and appreciate their effort to make us feel safe with allergies. Our second stay and we hope to return in the future.

Everything about my visit to Castle Hot Springs was truly outstanding. Nothing beats a night float in the springs with a full moon and the stars. The rooms are top notch from furnishings to amenities to AC. The dinners at Harvest are a foodie’s dream and the variety of included experiences provide all sorts of great opportunities for a variety of age groups and desires. I really enjoyed the paddle board yoga and the history tour. The hikes are excellent as well and I appreciate their sign in and out system for self hiking in addition to guided hikes. Both Brady and Alec were standouts in their service, conversation and genuine interest in the guest’s experience. Fatima was a little less interested or attentive, but still fine. I also had an outstanding massage from a woman who is originally from the northwest, but can’t recall her name. The woman running the gift shop was also outstanding in her knowledge and willingness to help me with a gift selection. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy the serenity and more time here.

My wife and I, along with another couple, just spent two nights at Castle Hot Springs. To all of the superlative reviews, I will only say “Ditto”. Two additional comments. First, the place is not inexpensive, even with the off-season rates which we enjoyed. However, when you factor all of the great food, included activities, and other amenities, it really becomes well worth the cost, IMHO. Second, what makes the place truly special is the kind, efficient, and friendly staff! Everyone there could not have been nicer. I chatted briefly with one of the gentlemen who maintains the landscaping there, and he thanked me for coming! There are so many great things about Castle, Hot Springs, but the people there just put it over the top. We’ll be back, L.W.!

I booked this looking for a "wellness vacation" I wanted a trip where I could be active and feel relaxed. It was the perfect combo. I loved the yoga, meditation and hiking - but I'll miss the unexpected things like waking up to a fire in our room with the provided coffee and snacks. And the view from our room each morning was unbelievable. At the end of the night we had thoughtful gifts on our bed. I was also always intrigued to see what we'd get. They were always something to encourage a disconnect from the rest of the world - like puzzles or playing cards. The hot springs were magical - as was all the water, and the guided hikes with Amanda are phenomenal. Last note - the helicopter rides to and from are worth it. They really complete the 10/10 experience. OMG wait the food - whether you're a foodie like my husband (Joe) or more picky like me, they take care of you. One night I mentioned I didn't like vinegar - everyone who worked there knew it the next day and I never had to worry about it in a course again. I was constantly full and Joe couldn't get enough. With all the healthy options, it's totally a trip you can feel good about if you're into wellness.
